A word with our director
Introducing Kirsty Nichols, the mastermind behind our upcoming murder mystery! As our director, she’s been weaving together suspense, drama, and a touch of mischief to bring this thrilling show to life.
We sat down with Kirsty for a quick Q&A, where she shared what makes this mystery so special, her favourite part of directing, and what the audience can expect on the day.

How long have you been a part of Sutton Bridge Players?
I first heard of the group when they advertised their Cinderella pantomime auditions in 2021. I attended and have been a member ever since.
What are you most looking forward to as director of “Once Upon a Murder”?
Watching the event! Seeing the audience interact with the characters and watching the shock on their faces when it is revealed who done it!
What can the audience expect?
An afternoon of entertainment, corny pantomime gags, flamboyant characters, lots of drama and a delicious afternoon tea.
