Terms and Conditions for Ticket Enquiries

By submitting a ticket enquiry through this page, you agree to the following terms:

1. Enquiry Submission

  • All enquiries must include accurate contact details and specify the performance date or enquiry.
  • Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee ticket availability or reservation.

2. Ticket & Seating Allocation

  • Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Confirmation of ticket availability will be sent via email within 3–5 working days.
  • Seats will be allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis. Once payment is received, your seats will be confirmed and reserved accordingly. Early payment is recommended to ensure the best available seating.
  • If you require accessible seating please let us know as soon as possible.

3. Payment & Collection

  • Payment details will be provided upon confirmation.
  • Tickets must be paid for and collected by the deadline stated in your confirmation email.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued in the event of performance cancellation or at the discretion of Sutton Bridge Players.

5. Data Protection

  • Your personal information will be used solely for processing your enquiry and will not be shared with third parties.
